Our Passion

Jilney is about making the best wine it can. We source the best grapes and nurture them gently and carefully through the wine making process. We take as much time as is needed.

We only offer our wines that are worthy of our label and consistent with all of the multi award winning wines made by Chief Winemaker Simon Gilbert.

Not all varieties will therefore be available every year until we are happy each wine meets our standards of excellence.
